Job Details Job Location: Spokane, WA 99223Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $32.00 - $38.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: 0 - 10%Job Category: ConstructionJob Duties & Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily activities of LaborersPromote and enforce job site safety standards, including PPE, barricades, fall protection, traffic control, and other safety requirementsMonitor site activities to ensure safe work practices are consistently followedCoordinate subcontractor needs and help maintain efficient project workflowMaintain site security by monitoring fencing, gates, access points, and security systemsCoordinate material and equipment deliveries to support the construction scheduleVerify equipment operators have appropriate certifications and trainingEnsure approved Traffic Control Plans are properly implemented and maintainedMonitor daily construction activities and identify potential issues before they impact the projectReview construction plans and details to support quality installation and project executionAssist in resolving field questions from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers while escalating significant issues to the SuperintendentPerform hands‑on carpentry and construction work as neededMaintain clean, organized, and efficient job site operationsSupport project quality by identifying deficiencies and ensuring work meets company standardsPerform other duties as assigned by the SuperintendentRequired Skills & Experience 5+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experiencePrevious experience leading field crews or serving as a ForemanStrong knowledge of construction safety requirements and OSHA standardsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsExperience coordinating subcontractors and construction logisticsKnowledge of traffic control requirements and material delivery coordinationStrong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced construction environmentDependable, organized, and safety‑focusedAbility to work collaboratively with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project teamsPreferred Skills & Experience Experience on occupied multifamily construction projectsForklift and aerial lift certificationsTraffic Control certificationExperience with site logistics planningStrong carpentry and framing backgroundPhysical Requirements This is a field‑based role on active construction sites. The position requires frequent walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and performing physical construction work as needed.Travel 0-10%Benefits The hourly rate for this position in the Greater Spokane area is $32 - $38.
