Ideally, selected candidates will be near a JACOBS U.S. based office, but we intend to hire the "best" candidates.We are seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to support the design and execution of cutting‑edge data center projects. This role will report to the Digital Delivery Manager and collaborate closely with project delivery teams, engineering leads, and BIM/VDC professionals to ensure seamless digital integration across all project phases—from design through construction and closeout.The ideal candidate is passionate about utilizing technology to drive efficiency, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and brings a strong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination tools, and data center design standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Coordination & ExecutionSupport the digital delivery of large‑scale data center projects across multiple disciplinesCoordinate BIM workflows and model setup using Revit and Civil 3DConduct clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and ReviztoPost deliverables utilizing the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platformAssist in model quality checking, digital close‑out and asset data encoding for handoverWork with point clouds in design softwareProcess & InnovationFollow client standard operating procedures for digital delivery in the data center sectorOptimize workflows through the implementation of new digital tools and workflowsCollaboration & SupportAct as a liaison between project teams, digital delivery leadership, and client stakeholdersProvide technical support and training to project teams on digital tools and best practices as part of projectsCoordinate with global digital delivery teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or years of experience in lieu of the college degree3‑5 years of experience in BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery rolesProficiency in Autodesk tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)Experience with data center design or construction projectsStrong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple prioritiesPreferredExperience with scanning and asset data managementExperience with Civil 3D or AutoCADProfessional certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, PE license)Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
