This position is primarily based in our Spokane, WA office, with frequent work-related travel expected throughout Eastern Washington and Idaho to support the firm's brand presence, client relationships, and regional marketing initiatives.This role supports the implementation of a regional marketing and business development strategy through referral network development, event coordination, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about building lasting connections within the community.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support community engagement efforts for attorneys across Eastern Washington and Idaho, including cultivating connections with healthcare providers, attorneys, and local organizationsBuild and maintain referral relationships through direct outreach and ongoing communication with key community stakeholdersConduct research to identify new relationship opportunities and maintain a database of referral partnersMonitor competitive activity and market trends by territory and report findings to regional leadership and the Chief Marketing OfficerAssist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of regional marketing and business development strategies and initiativesCommunicate and oversee the implementation of marketing and business development activities in the regionTrack, analyze, and maintain data related to client referrals, including weekly updates on new, pending, declined, and resolved client mattersOrganize and host professional events, seminars, and community-facing programs in the regionAttend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as assignedMaintain regular communication with the Regional Managing Shareholder(s) to align marketing and business development goals and activitiesManage marketing and business development collateral inventory, and coordinate the development of new materials as neededQualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or a related field, preferably in a legal, healthcare, or professional services settingBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferredDemonstrated success in community outreach and relationship-building rolesExperience coordinating events, seminars, and conferencesExcellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and external outreachStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and OutlookMust be comfortable with public speakingMust have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record; this role requires frequent travelOutgoing, positive attitude with a passion for connecting with othersCompensation and BenefitsThe non-exempt hourly pay range for a full-time Community Engagement Coordinator in Eastern Washington is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. Compensation is determined using local, national, and industry-specific data and is location-specific.
