Job Details

Works on a variety of equipment and in various environments within the buildings as conditions require. Responsible for various tasks such as changing lights, changing air filters, minor plumbing & toilet repairs, battery testing, ordering parts, cleaning of mechanical spaces, assist building engineers with major repairs & projects, and other duties as assigned. Will be required to work outside on the grounds when conditions warrant, such as snow removal, lawn & garden care and parking garage cleaning. Will perform assigned periodic maintenance tasks. May be required to cover back shifts. Responsible for all work as assigned.Required Qualifications 2 years of mechanical/electrical/electronic related field experienceDriving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
