Our client helps e-commerce and DTC brands win on TikTok Shop, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels through an AI-powered growth platform. Their platform combines AI-driven influencer discovery, outreach, and campaign management with hands-on agency execution — plus their own academy that trains sellers on TikTok Shop growth.

They already work with 10,000+ brands and have crossed $30M in ARR — this isn't an early, unproven idea, it's a platform with real traction in one of the fastest-moving corners of e-commerce.

About the role

This is the company's first-ever sales hire — a full-cycle Account Executive role covering outbound prospecting, demos, and closing, with the opportunity to build the sales function from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing
• Sell marketing/influencer marketing solutions to businesses ranging from SMBs to enterprise, depending on your book of business and strengths
• Build and manage your own pipeline through cold outreach, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, trade shows, and purchased lead lists
• Work directly with the CEO and cross-functionally with product and design; hand off closed deals to the account management team for execution
• Help shape sales process, scripts, and playbooks — this is a build-from-scratch environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience selling marketing solutions (influencer marketing, advertising, or adjacent) — MarTech/marketing-focused SaaS sales experience also considered
• A track record of closing deals, ideally with an existing book of business you can bring with you
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Hungry, resilient, self-driven — someone who chases deals and figures out how to get to yes
• Based in the US, available 8am–5pm in your local time zone (Eastern or Pacific)

Compensation

• Base: $70K–$150K (depending on experience)
• OTE: commission up to 20% of booked revenue
